We hope that everyone had some fun at yesterday's rally! We had a great turn out and we raised almost $1,000 for the Friends of Skateworld fund! This money will go directly to fund our fight to save this rink. Many thanks to all who helped out and made this event happen - and thank you to all who came out to show your support! Stay tuned for information on the next Rally/Fundraiser in September. Plans are not finalized yet, but it's sure to be fun for all! Be sure to mark your calendars for the Skateworld 35th Birthday Party happening on October 6th! Skateworld opened its doors in 1975 - and the good times have been rolling ever since! We'll be celebrating this occasion with a 70's themed party complete with prizes for the best costumes! It'll be a blast, so don't miss it!
